Baxi Bermuda Back Boiler - No Hot Water Without Heating On!?
We have Baxi bermuda back boiler which has just had the heat exchanger replaced and a new threee way diverter installed but we still can't get hot water without the heating on! Summer bills are getting pretty large.
Hot water is fine as long as the heating is on as well. Hot water can be indicating on 24hrs, but if the heating is not switched to on as well there is no response from the boiler. 3 way diverter seems to work.

its either down to pluming, or the 3 way valve you installed is faulty and allowing hot water to pass into the ch system
have you tried operating the valve manually to see whats going on?
