condensation water is not getting to the drain under fridge. The water ends up in the bottom shelf of fridge and inside the crisper drawers. Whirlpool mod ET18NKXFW84..ser #EJ1920199 mf date 05-99.
Is this a simple stopped up drain up near the freezer? And can I get to it from the backside?

you should see drain hole under the evaporator plate ,the frosty plate at the rear of the fridge ,put a pipe cleaner into this and around the bend it will prob be choked with fluff rubbish etc ,therefore defrost water can only collect on the floor of the fridge.
