When i start my van it will initially start but then the revs get progressively slower until it cuts out. Once this happens it then wont start. I have over half a tank of petrol so its not that. I tried priming it to no effect. It started happening after I had ran out of fuel once!
Any suggestions would be greatfully received!

Change the fuel filter, Andy - it looks like there could be some gunge or water clogging it up. (Bleed it carefully afterwards). If still no joy, make sure that the fuel lines are clear, likewise the tank breather pipe.
