At back of machine where grey waste pipe comes out, remove cover by undoing approx 6 screws. In bottom left corner is located the pump. Undo the black hose coming from the drum and check for blockage. you will need a pair of pliers or screwdriiver depending on model. If no blockage you will need a new pump costing approx £20.
