How can I remove a broken faucet aerator ???

The aerator broke off from the bathroom sink faucet. Real easy fix if I could locate a 15/16" - 27 tap, which no one has. Any ideas on how to remove the threaded portion of the aerator which remains inside the faucet spout ????

If there is nothing left of this aerator to hold onto, then the part of the aerator that is left is very thin and pliable. Take a very thin flat screwdriver and lightly tap in between what is left of aerator and threads until you can pry out the metal. This usually does not damage threads and usually works.
