I have just had a new sky+ box fitted and now in two other rooms my sky remotes won't operate sky any more, they used to and still operate the tvs help!!

In order for the magic eye to work you need to turn on RF2 by doing the following on your Sky box. Using your remote control, bring up the menu. Go to service. Press 4, press 0, Press 1, press select.

Dont look at the numbers on the screen, just go to services and press 4 0 1 and then select, and the secret screen appears.

Then go to RF2 output section and turn the "Off" to "On"
