How come Creda (if it is a company at all) does not have a support site for the excel 1200, - & for other models? Odd eh ????

creda is actually part of the hot point company as is indersit and a few others my new oven is a creda hotpoint so you could try contacting hotpoint help desk uk 08709 066 066 mon-fri 8am-7.30pm sat 8.30-5.30 and sun 9.30-3.30 hope this gets you somewhere good luck
