actually an easy repair dependant on what u want final finish to look like.rough, vastly increase gap width and grind a v section into crack.using fibrofill or similar car body repair paste(contains chopped fiber) follow instructions and mix and fill 2 smaller fills is easier than 1 big one makeing sure u press all air out of mix.sand down to smooth finish and repaint.the inside u layer glass mat and polyester resin over the crack extending a good six inches beyond.all materials availiable from good motor factors(see yellow pages)the better quality process is same but fine finish polyester filler is used to fill small voids and smooth/feather the repair to make invisible and reduce drag.alternate:ur local bodywork repair specalising in grp will do for u.
