dual flush ideal std, only lge flush works. Any ideas on how to fix?

I have a newish, dual flush ideal standard toilet and only the large button works the flush. Any suggestions on how to repair the small flush?

I had the same problem and it was exactly what Steve said. However now the small fluch rod has snapped. Does anyone know where I could buy a replacement rod please?

Take the top off and inside you will find two connector rods. One for each flush. They just snap into the mechanism at the bottom (the working flush will be your guide). It sounds like the one for the small flush is disconnected.
