How can I fix a fault on my Triton Opal Shower?

After 5 years of excellent service my triton opal shower seems to be struggling to make the water hot enough. I have to turn the dial up to 9 or 10 to get it hot enough for a shower. Any ideas as to what is wrong please?

Hello,

It may be that one of the elements inside the heater tank is faulty. If this is the case you would have to replace the whole heater tank. Alternatively, it could just be a faulty microswitch which turns on the elements.
