What does F1o mean?? Please help???

My Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824E combi boiler is showing an "F10". I have no hot water or central heating. Turning the boiler on and off or pressing the reset button just results in the green light under LCD illuminating and you hear the 3 clicks of the valves. The LCD firstly shows a temperature and then shows " F 10". Nothing works after that.
Any advise or help would be appreciated.

Check if the water contents of the system on the pressure gauge is between 1 and 1.5 can be found beside where the on/off switch is. F10 means short circuit flow. The fault memory stores details of the 10 most recent faults. Press the i and - buttons simultaneously, use the + button to scroll back through the list of memorised errors. To cancel fault error memory display press the i button. Do not touch any key for about four minutes, the display should revert back to showing the current flow temperature of 45. Turn your hot water control knob all the way to the very right for a short time and turn on a hot water tap to see if you will get any hot water flowing when you have got hot water turn knob back to desired setting. Do the above for the central heating. Hope this works for you.
