Dyson Washing Machine CRO1 - How can I get rid of a continual message?

Each time I use the machine on whatever programme I receive the same reading - Programme Finished then Overload Reduced Performance. As far as I can tell there is no adverse effect on the washing but would like to get rid of the continual message.

Engineer - you're a muppet. Sue's machine is probably broken (like mine) and says this no matter how little you put in it.

This usually means you are putting too much in one load and it is doing a reduced spin speed. When you have put a load in you should still be able to see the top section of the back of the drum. If this is the case then there may be a problem with a binding up of the two drums causing an excessive load on the motors.
