Help, pleeeeasseee.... I think I just broke the office's binder machine, heh. I may have loaded a few too many report covers, and now it's jammed. Except that it doesn't do what it's supposed to do when it jams by lifting up or whatevs. I was told I have to manually remove the covers, but they won't budge. I'm in the middle of taking apart the machine, but once inside, you find that the screws screw on from the top, and it's just about impossible to get the cover off. We found a few hidden screws, and it's semi-off, but what else is holding it in place?? Wahhhh..... :c

Our GBC ComBind C110e has dull cutters. Can these be replaced, and if so, how?

I had the same problem. I found a number 1-800-541-0094. The lady there said to unplug machine and let sit over night. It will cool off and re-set itself. There is no other way to clear the jam. I hope this helps. I'm trying it now.
