well, we will guess the boiler make and model....!
no deatils of the real problem doesnt really help.....
ah 'the red light'.....most likely the lockout lamp, telling us, yes there is a problem with the boiler......well that narrows it down...let me guess.......
sorry, about the rant, but how the heck are we to diagnose a problem when you havent told us anything about it!
