everything has been fine with this boiler since 2003, until this morning, when i woke up to no hot water and the central heating did not switch on. i've opened the front cover and the temperature showing is 16'C. Also the yellow flame indicator is not lightng up when the water/heating is switched on. Please can someone help?

These are stupid pointless answers!!... obviously it is very wise to get a corgi reg'd engineer out, but there are guys that will rip u blind... so it would be nice to know how the problem could be addressed so tht the engineer cant take the michael!!

the two answer which you have had do not give you the advice you was asking,in fact both do not warrant comment if these two are corgi then both should have their cert's taken off them for such sark answers, if you live upm Bradford I'd call and fix it for you but it's pointless trying to give you advice without first looking at your 824e
