Hi, The drum doesn't turn on this machine, it fills with water and seems to complete the wash cyclye emtying the water at the end but the drum doesn't turn at all. I thought the drive belt may have broken but i have checked this and it is still in place. Had a look at the motor while the machine was running and it doesn't look to be turning. Do i need a new motor?

Also i can't see any loose wires or anything.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have taken the brushes off and there is still over an inch left on them.

Do they still need changing?

Do i have a bigger issue here than brushes?

need to replace bon brushes on the motor if need some we stock them
