dual flush toilet keeps running after flush?

my toilet keeps running in after flushing which I would guess is the overflow. i opened up the cistern and it looks so different to normal ball toilet I don't know where to start. can nayone give idiots guide instructions?

I also had this problem and after removing the lid off the back of the toilet I poked around and discovered a backflow prevention tag that was attached with a string had fallen down under the water regulator thingy, causing the toilet to run. Saved myself quite a plumbing bill - and I'm a girl...: )

received a tip see below: prick the bubbles on the grey seal with a pin and the seal is now perfect. no moer running water.Thanks so much and such a cheap answer!

thanks> A plumber came round today and took it apart and confirmed that it was rubber seal that had bubbles all over it. It is a "german system" and not unusual. Needs a new seal. thanks
