Noisy Hotpoint WMA58 during spin cycle?

The noise coming from our Hotpoint Aquarius WMA58 washing machine is unbelieveable - like it is going to go through the floor.
Can you suggest anything - my wife suggests a new machine!

probably something caught between the inner and outer drum. most cases seems to be the wire from an underwire bra. so blame your wife lol.
