How can I get access to the inside of my laptop?
I was working with jumprings (for jewelry) and a couple of rings bounced into the keyboard on my laptop. At first, I didn't see a difference, but now, I have to keep the sound off. There is static and a loud roar when I turn the sound back on. I can't view videos. I have a HP Pavilion 6020. I have taken the screws out of the back, took out the battery, and opened it as much as possible, but no luck. I think that if I could take the front panel off, I could see what I need to fix it. Thanks for your help.
