My phone has gone to test mode after I took out the sd card to upload photos. It will not do anything now it is reassembled. Any help please

hello guys.
what you should do is the following.
Step1: Make sure your battery is full.
Step2: set the phone on then there say "TEST MODE"
on your display
wait as the text goes away saying 10 min
Step3: get the battery out and put him back in and turn your phone on.

and it is good to go
my phone works fine now
