Hi Emma, was the intensive wash chosen? If the 2nd,3rd and 5the lights are on,it is a non drain fault. The drain pump may be jammed. You have to manually drain the base inside.Take off the lower kick plate behind the wooden plinth. In front of you slightly to the right is the pump. This has one screw holding it on.Take out the screw and GENTLY pull away from the sump.Put a towel down for excess water.Be careful as there may be glass in the pump.Spin the impellor inside and if now free, push back on and put screw back.Press the P button continual pressure till it bleeps and light 4 and 5 stay on.Shut the door and this brings the pump on.If you need further help please ask.All the best.
