ALPHA CB 24X COMBI?

Now the heating is swithced off & the setting is for hot water only , the boiler started to turn the heating on by its self & radiators getting red hot , the radiator thermostat switch is switched to zero to only way i can switch it off is the main power switch to the boiler !
