I have sent messages to a number of poeple recently about specific products & giving specific answers to solve their problem. But do these people ever get alerted that and answer has arrived for them ??

I guess they do answer if the question is fully understood.

Such question as "Help my PC dont work" is not helping the helper and people would not even bother to look in at what the problem is. I reckon the secret is to place an eye catching plea for help that will generate a good honest response.

to answer your" question Chrisf989 the answers as far as I know are poster on a message board of sorts and the people that ask the questions just have to go there and look for the answer to their question.
