my washer is making a loud knocking noise when it spins, its not the bearings because there is no grinding noise when I turn the drum, I think it has something to do with the concrete block on the top as it seems loose and i think its the bolts knocking on the exterior drum. Should I tighten them up or are they supposed to be slightly loose?

take off lid and check the weight is ok if not replace also check the one at bottom from underneath
