I have bought two loud Snail horns. Good wiring diagrams so easy to fit and wire.
Use a meter to check the already fitted wires for polarity and replace live and earth as far back toward the cab until good wiring is found. Solder and shrink over joint. The rest is easy using Lucas connectors with 12v wire following instructions.
I bought twin snails from eBay. £10 and 30 mins to fit.

I have a LH drive Hobby700 based on a Fiat Ducato and the horn is located in a very tight spot behind the bumper on the drivers side, if you lay on your back and look up into the engine compartment you should be able to see it, put your shoulder to the wheel, probably under the passenger side on a R?H drive. If its any consolation mine has died as well! Hope this helps

We have noted many problems with the horns and it has been corroded wiring.

Mine is under the battery shelf. Any idea on the colour codes for the horn, mines failed too. I am having to rewire but do not know the colour codes at the steering wheel.
