There seem to be loads of Worm (varients of the same Worm) currently going around. How can I protect myself from these?

There are some great free tools available.

I'd recommend AVG Antivirus as well.

Zone Alarm is an excellent Firewall. (If you have XP you could use the built in Firewall, but ZoneAlarm is better and is also free.)

Both Ad-aware and Spybot are great for dealing with spyware.

Hi Ben You need to get yourself a virus checker, a Firwall & a spyware programe and keep them updated on the Internet. If you have not got a google search engine you can download it from www.google .com You can type virus checker into it and it will find you one there are free ones on the Intenet , AVG 6 is one spybot is another hope this helps
