Can't hear callers or tones normally on my nokia 6230i ? ?

I can't hear callers or tones normally on my nokia 6230i ? It works fine when on Loudspeaker but when I set it back to normal I cannot hear a thing !!
Appreciate any advice.

it sounds like your ear piece has gone.Any phone repair shop will find this an easy task and should only cost you about £10-£15.
