I bought this front loading washing machine from KMart about 4 months ago and today water started gushing out from under the machine. Anyone heard of this before? I need to find out if there's a service agent in Darwin. NT as last time I bought an electrical appliance (d/washer) the closest repairer was 5,000 klms away in Melbourne!

I bought the same washing machine and had the same problem. My partner opened up the machine and discovered that it is weighted by a massive 1/2 ring of concrete with bolts attached to plastic shafts. The plastic shafts had sheared off so the machine kept unbalancing as well as spewing out water. Very strange design. Thankfully it is still under warranty. I am looking into putting in a claim today.

I bought the same washing machine from the same store and the same thing happend. As it was still under warrenty they sent out a repair-man who said one of the weights had come loose from underneath and damaged the bowl. Am in the process of getting a new one through the warrenty claim. My advise is ring onix-tempo with your receipt number ready.
