Bra wire trapped between metal drum and drum casing?

We have a Bosch washer dryer machine and unfortunately my daughter put a bra into the machine to wash and a wire from the bra came out and is now between the drum and the drum casing.

The machine washes and dries but in the spin cycle makes a hell of a noise, How can I get the wire out???
Is there an easy way to gain access to the wire?????

This is apparently extremely common. We got a wire out by using a torch to light up through the drum and find the wire. Rotate the drum back and forwards until the tip gets caught in a hole. then tweezer it out! It did work for us.

the easiest way is to wriggle it out through the heater opening (only if the heater is fitted to the drum) failing that the whole outer drum (tub unit) will need to be opened up to gain access to it which is a bit trickier.
