How can i replace an renault tuner list with a Update list radio?
OK ive asked this question on alot of site but now i have to post it here because no-one seems to be able to help me. I have a 2001 renault Clio that is fitted with a tuner list cd player, Now its died, so i decided to replace it with a update list cd player so i could hook my ipod up to it. BIG problem tho, i bought an updae cdplayer but my display and stalk does not work i can see my temp and time on the display but nothin else (dont even get the chance to put the code in).
So i have been told that my car may not be compatable but really what is the big difference between the two? surely there must be an adapter or somthing out there to make this radio work with my stalk and display?
bit more info...
the update radio is the same age as the car and i can supply codes foor both radios upon request.
