I HAVE THAT SAME PROBLEM, THE ONLY THING I WAS ABLE TO DO WAS TO REMOVE THE AGITATOR BY PULLING IT UP UNTIL IT RELEASED THEN CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CAP ON TOP OF THE AGITATOR AND THEN TO GAIN ACCESS FROM THE TOP I HAD TO CAREFULLY CUT A HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE AGITATOR.(THIS WILL BE COVERED WHEN YOU REPLACE THE CAP AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE PART). WHEN YOU HAVE THE HOLE DONE USE A DEEP WELL SOCKET AND A HAMMER TO PUSH IT DOWNWARD UNTIL IT FALLS FROM THE UNDERSIDE FO THE AGITATOR. THEN GET THE NEW ONE AND PUT IT IN PLACE. HOPE THAT HELPS, MY WASHER IS NOT THE EXACT MODEL BUT VERY SIMILAR. :)
