When your computer boots up ... hit F8 and boot into safemode , download the newest version of the ESET NOD32 antivirus , avast free , bitdefender , or Avira ... (free versions ) beforehand ... run it in safemode and nuke that sucker :)

new folder.exe is a virus its not high risk but its not plesent
try using AVG anti virus and it free from www.download.com
