a program running in back ground computer is locked?

every time i sign on the computer is locked and i forgot my password and cant unlock my computer

If your computer is locked then all you will need to do is power off your pc and then turn it back on again. This will let you log in as normal. If you machine actually isn't locked but you have set a password than things will be a bit harder. You will need to give more information, such as what version of Windows you are using. Some versions of Windows are considered secure, if you have one of them then I would not be able to help you as it would be considered hacking to get passed the password. If you have Windows 95/98/ME, these are not considered secure so it shouldn't be too hard to get back in. Please provide more information, but try just turning off the machine first.
