Flash Player is quite old technology and all browsers are gradually restricting its use. Websites and apps should be replacing Flash with alternative frameworks.
I would try using a different browser. Google Chrome is easy to install and may work. Firefox is another one to try.
(I've had this with some educational games which my kids use. Sometimes you just can't use the game and need to wait for the manufacturer to upgrade it.)
