how to get my dishwasher tablet dispenser to work again on Indesit DE43?

My dishwasher works normally through the cycle, but has decided that it does not want to open the tablet dispenser whilst working. When cycle completed and dishwasher opened, the tablet is still inside the dispenser.

Can anyone help?

Simple answer, don't put the tablet in the dispenser put it in the cutlery basket - was advised this by the rep, and it works a treat. I think you'll find the top basket is designed wrong and stops the dispenser from opening fully.
