BT Studio flashing base 1?

ive tried resetting the phone and replacing the batteries, and also disconnecting at the power socket- has anyone any other suggestions?

You have probably a toddler in your house.
Try reset the receiver to the base station.
You can find the user guide online where details how to do this procedure.

Keep that toddler away from the base station for the next couple of years and all should be all right...
