It doesn't have a pilot light. boiler lights on central heating demand or hot water demand.
Does it fire up on heating?
do you have any fault led's flashing?
basic h/w sequence would be:
tap light comes on
pump runs
fan starts
ignition clicking
gas, and voila
what does yours do? we need to know if it works on heating or water, ie does the burner light for heating but not water?
can you determine where in sequence it gets to by ear?
