What does the fault f-11 on a hotpoint wf860 mean?

Hi could you give me a bit of advise i have had a fault on my washer f-05 drum full of water empted it now run a load with pump pipe outside and its run fine until last 90 secs then come up with f-11

F-11 seems to be drain pump activation failure, cleared out filters of 20p 2x10p 2x10 cents & 3 hair clips cheaked pump motor and this is fine just need to reset system error, any advice would be good as can't seem to get anybody intrested here in New Zealand.
