Ok if your touch screen is not working on your k850i then take ure battery out,sim and memory card out from about 1-2 mins. Then put all of these back in and hopefully it is working. If not then go get a new phone because the membrane inside the touch screen has broke !

Hey, i have the same problem, alot of people do too. They said something about updating the phones firmware, but i dont understand that. Therefore, the phone sucks.
