2002 Ford Escape CD Player Error?

I have a 2002 Fored Escape with a 6 CD changer. THe player is loaded with 5 CD's I can't get any out. It won't play and when I try to eject a CD it says system error. Anyone know how to remove them. Is there a website that gives info? No hammer and chisle jokes please!
