I have a Thomson Top Up TV Digibox and one of the programmes I have recorded is frozen. When I go to it everything freezes and i have to turn the box off at the wall. I can't even delete it. Any ideas?
Thomson issued a procedure a while back after a software update, you will lsoe all existing recordings but it does clear the problem, neeed to look to thomson website

this fix to re format the hard drive also fixed my problem which was the box stopped recording or pause live tv
hit menu.goto 4.goto 6.press GREEN button.press BLUE button.wipes everything.
