Repair leaking GBH Dual Flush WC Suite?

I need to know how to disassemble a GBH Dual Flush WC Suite. The model name is a Dahlia and had the following on the side of the cistern C10079. The bottom seal will no longer seal thus leaking water all the time. I am also seeking a supplier in Melbourne for the parts required to repair the flushing mechanism.
