Can you post ALL the serial numbers on the radio casing including any stamped in the metal.

Also check your SERIAL NUMBER PH7850Y1470735

again to make sure that it is accurate as the format doesn`t look correct.(there are usually two "letters" in the middle and not just one (the Y)
