I have an old Sony Trinitron KV-M215 TV, with what I guess is the original remote (double-sided!)

I can't find any way to tune the TV in - I've tried all the buttons on the remote, and there are only three buttons on the front of the TV (input select, +, -)

If anyone knows how to tune this in I would be eternally grateful as I've tried everything!

i have just tuned a kv-m 2141, if its the same then you have to hold the shift (red up arrow) and the preset (red left arrow into diamond box. This should bring the uhf bar up.
now hold shift and press the +/- buttons to tune. NB not the prog +/- buttons , there is another set to the left?

Press shift and preset again to exit and store. repeat for channels 2-5 or whatever. you can download a manual for this for ten bucks at manuals paradise for more info, or i could forward you the file
