I have a roca dual flush toilet that seems to constantly fill?

The noise of running water is driving me mad, sometimes it corrects itself after flushing. does anyone know what the problem might be and if it need sa new part where I can get spares?

Thanks

I had same problem. Did as Michael Taylor suggested. Seems to have worked. Thank you Michael !

We have the dual flush system that is on TonyB's link. Ours was leaking into the toilet all the time and the cistern kept filling up and the noise was driving us round the bend. I removed the dual flush mechanism, just a little turn and pull it up and found some gunge on the grey rubber seal at the bottom of the plunger thingy. I just cleaned that seal and it's worked perfect ever since.

I had the same problem this week.
I removed the lid by pushing the middle button fully down, which enabled me to then pull out the outer button followed by the middle button. Remove centre screw and then remove lid.
You can then adjust the amount of water that enters the cistern by adjusting the height of the right hand valve by turning the plastic screw on top of the whole valve. Turn the screw anticlockwise to lower the water level following the next flush. Good luck

it might be as simple as a piece of grit in the ball-valve.
Check the input and unscrew the valve (with the supply off!) and see what's there. It worked for me.

Sounds like the same problem I had.
If it is a dual flush model with twin buttons on the top of the cistern then you need to replace or turn over the Flush Valve washer.

Go to http://www.lunns.net/cisternspares/ and you will find instuctions for the Roca D1D or D2D Daul Flush Valve aloong with spare washers further down the page.

Good luck
