Just checked in here to try and find code information. Took panel of back of machine to check motor to find multi block connection to motor hanging loose. Plugged back in and machine fine.

Thanks for the info i too had same prob so husband tilted machine, tapped brushes and hey presto! we are working again with no repair bills yippee!! thanks again

ER7 is certainly a motor fault, checked the brushes & by chance found that one had stuck in. So, a quick tap & clean up & refitted them, and its all working now.
So - if the machanice is fairly new & ER7 comes up, get underneath the machine aand tap both the brushes first, before calling the expensive Haier repairman.

get a new one it's the motor, I will not buy Haier thay are rubbish.

ER7 is a motor fault. Check the carbon brushes..Hope this helps..
