How can I change a 2 way switch?

I have purchased some new 2 way switches but these are different from the old ones and the wiring is as well
The new switches have 3 terminals at the top and the same at the bottom, top says Com, L2, L1 bottom says L2 L1 Com.
The wiring on the old switch for the landing light is as follows, there are 4 terminals at top and bottom of switch, top named com, 2 way, com, 2 way, the bottom has no markings.
In the top of the old switch the first terminal marked 2 way has a single red wire and the next 2 way terminal has 2 red wires in it, nothing in the com terminals.
At the bottom looking from the left, one black wire in first terminal, one red in next terminal, one black in 3rd terminal and one red in last terminal. How do I fit the new switch please.
Carrying on to the other switch on the other side of the landing this is wired as such
Top com no wire 2 way one red next com no wire last 2 way red wire, also between both 2 ways there is a red wire joing both 2 way terminals in a loop.
Bottom of old switch looking from left, black wire in first terminal red in next black in 3rd terminal and red in last. Again please help me to change switches
Thank you very much
