How do I get the arms off IndesitDI620 for cleaning?

Arms not spinning or spraying water, can't get them off and manual has no instructions for this.

hold arm with one hand and undo the large white plastic screw cap underneath center of arm, twist it 1/4 of a turn and lift arm free.
