What does the error F-05 mean on an Indesit Evolution 1600 WE16s?

What does the error F-05 mean on an Indesit Evolution 1600 WE16s?

The drum remains full of water. When I switch the machine off at the mains and then turn it back on, the cycle is just restarting - then repeating the error message after 30 mins or so. HELP!!!

After a lot of messing about unscrewing the cap, I realised it would have been easier to turn the machine on its side. Then from underneath you can remove the pipe, using a pair of pliers squeezing the circlip. You can then shake the pipe to remove any debri, & poke inside with ease to remove any foreign matter in that part. But the desription above helped me, as I wouldn't have known without reading the above first.

I am answering my own question just in case it helps anyone else with the same problem.

After researching further on the internet (but not on Indesits website as it was rubbish) I found the solution.

F-05 means that the out flow pipe is blocked. To solve the problem you can remove the small cover at the front of the washing machine (at the bottom). Unscrew the cap that is found there - be persistent as it tock me some time. When it finally came out - out popped two well washed 1p pieces. I poked around but couldn't find anything else. I tightly screwed the cap back on and the machine worked perfectly.

Hope this might help anyone else with a similar problem.
