The glow plug relay on a Fiat Scudo 1.9 Diesel is Situated on the inside of the Offside (Drivers) Wing, bolted on by a 10mm Bolt and is next to an Electronic Timer Control unit opposite the gutter drain hose.
It will either be a simple push in relay or it will be clipped in with a red clip.
